B064-19 09/13/2019 Federal Data Reporting Requirements for Students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) collects special education data which must be submitted annually to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), U.S. Department of Education. This bulletin informs local education agencies (LEAs) of all the federally required data that will be collected during the 2019–20 school year. Each collection has a separate set of instructions, data collection forms, and due dates.
