This application is for those educators who are currently completing their teacher preparation program and are ready to begin student teaching.

Requirements

  • Must indicate enrollment in a state approved teacher preparation program through which the candidate will be placed in an internship with a Washington P-12 school. (complete form 4050E and submit at the time of application)
  • Submission of fingerprints for a background check is required, if a valid certificate is not already on record
