This application is for those educators who are currently completing their educator preparation program and are ready to begin their field experience or internship. 

Requirements

  • Must indicate enrollment in a state-approved educator preparation program through which the candidate will be placed in an internship with a Washington P-12 school (complete form 4050E and submit at the time of application).
  • Submission of fingerprints for a background check is required if a valid certificate is not already on record.
