Sole Source Contracts
It is the intent of Washington State to promote open competition and transparency for all contracts for goods and services. In accordance with Department of Enterprise Service (DES) policy #POL-DES-140-00, all intended sole source contracts must be made available for public inspection for a period of not less than fifteen (15) working days before the start date of the contract. To satisfy this requirement, OSPI publishes a list of proposed sole source contracts below.
The following Sole Source Notifications are not an invitation for bid. However, consultants who feel they can provide the work outlined and meet the requirements listed in the Sole Source Notification, may submit a capability statement by the date listed in the notification.
