A Teaching Strategies expert will join office hours two Wednesdays per month, from September through April, to provide logistical support for the GOLD/WaKIDS implementation.

Technical Assistance Options for Teachers: If you have technical questions regarding the SmartTeach® platform:

  • For time-sensitive questions, please call: 844-853-GOLD (4653)
  • For non-urgent questions, please add to our Early Learning Questionnaire and someone from the WaKIDS Team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
  • The SmartTeach® Support Portal is a self-help portal with over 900 easily searchable articles to assist you. The Support Portal is your first place to get GOLD® support.
