School Construction Assistance Program (SCAP) Revision Planning

In the 2024 legislative session, the legislature included funding in the supplemental capital budget for OSPI to hire a consultant to develop a proposal to modify, improve efficiencies, access, and identify cost-saving measures for the School Construction Assistance Program (SCAP) for the construction and modernization of common school facilities. 

Funding provided by the legislature will be used to contract with a consultant to develop the proposals outlined in the statement of work and facilitate the stakeholder process.
