Final Rules Adopted: Changes Take Effect on November 13, 2026

The OSPI Special Education Division filed a CR103P Notice of Final Rulemaking Order on October 14, 2026. The new changes to the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 392-172A, Rules for the Provision of Special Education, and sections of WAC 392-140-600 through 392-140-685 concerning State Special Education Safety Net Funding, take effect on November 13, 2026.
