Tools and templates for completing a school district self-study and/or systems analysis in two of the State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicators are found below. The two priority areas are: Disproportionality (Indicators 4, 9, and 10) and Secondary Transition (Indicators 1, 2, 13, and 14). These tools are also available for districts to use on a voluntary basis as part of ongoing school improvement efforts.
