OSPI will be closed on Thursday, August 7, from 1 to 4 pm for an all-staff meeting. Certification staff will not be available from noon to 5 pm that day.

This is a resource to help students find free Washington State Drive-In WiFi Hotspots close to their location.
OSPI oversees the state and federal programs that help migrant and multilingual students and youth in Washington meet high academic challenges by overcoming obstacles created by frequent moves, educational disruption, cultural and language differences, and health-related problems.
Migrant Education Program
The Washington State Migrant Education Program provides services to migrant children and their families. The program is federally funded as part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Title I, Part C.
Multilingual Education Program
The Washington State Multilingual Education Program provides support for Transitional Bilingual Instruction Programs and Title III services for multilingual learners and for American Indian and Alaska Native students.
