School Technology Technical Support

State funding supports K-12 schools connected to the K-20 network with highly skilled technical staff called Regional Institutional Technical Units (RITUs) and Video Institutional Technical Units (VITUs). The RITU is the first point of contact for any K-20 network issues or problems. The VITU is responsible for video conferencing technology and is the point of contact for Zoom-related requests.
