We are no longer offering separate Title I, Part A and LAP Office Hours. LEAs should attend any of the weekly EGMS Office Hours for support with Title I, Part A or LAP.

This webpage provides information about statewide networking, learning, and technical assistance opportunities for Local Educational Agencies (LEAs). OSPI offers Statewide Network Meetings and Virtual Office Hours to support directors and staff working with Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; Learning Assistance Program (LAP); and Small LEA programs.
Statewide Network Meetings provide timely updates, program guidance, reminders, and opportunities to learn about resources and requirements across state and federal programs. These meetings are designed to support shared learning, statewide consistency, and continuous improvement.

Please note: Statewide Network Meetings are no longer offered through PD Enroller, and clock hours are not available. Registration is available through Microsoft Teams.
LEAs are also encouraged to attend EGMS Office Hours for support with program implementation and guidance, EGMS access and navigation, budget amendments and payment requests, grant applications, and progress reports.
