Memory Locket is a piece dedicated to my grandmother from India who passed and my experiences after I visited my homeland after a decade. The layers of the piece illuminates the phases of life and my grandmothers looking at the positives and negatives of life as it parallels to the obstacles I had to face when questioning my identity. The overlapping detail shows the similar moments of our lives.
